I am Eloise Ross, PhD candidate at La Trobe University, my research is based around phenomenologies of sound in films from the latter half of the Golden Age, and the sensory affectiveness of cinema on the spectator-auditor. I live in Melbourne but I am through and through a cultural itinerant. And I love Barbara Stanwyck so much it hurts sometimes.
